India, 7th May 2026: At a time when protein intake across Indian diets remains insufficient, Two Brothers Organic Farms has introduced Khapli Protein Atta—a simple yet powerful way to bring high-quality protein into the most commonly consumed staple: roti.

The atta is made using Khapli wheat (Emmer)—an ancient grain known for its rich nutritional profile and digestibility. The formulation includes 72% Emmer wheat blended with soy flour, Bengal gram, soy protein isolate, and finger millet, offering a balanced combination of traditional and functional nutrition.
Naturally lower in gluten (up to 50% less than conventional wheat) and high in fibre, it supports easier digestion and sustained energy release—delivering a 3-in-1 advantage: high protein, low gluten, and high fibre.
