Clean Consumer Fora & Clean Market Scheme to be launched from 2017-18.

New Delhi: The Minister of State for Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, C.R Chaudhary has given a written reply in Lok Sabha Tuesday here that the Clean Consumer Fora and Clean market Scheme will be launched from 2017-2018.

He has emphasized given for setting up of permanent mechanism through new programmes or schemes for sustainability of Swachhta under the Swachh Bharat Mission. In pursuance of this, the Department of Consumer Affairs has decided to launch two schemes, namely, (i) Clean Consumer Fora and (ii) Clean Market from 2017-18.
