Rahul terms Modi anti-farmer

Ghazipur: In continuation of his tirade against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi Monday has termed him anti-farmers. Addressing a cot rally at Bhadsar in Gazipur district, the Congress scion criticized Modi for finding time to take selfie with US president Barak Obama, but not with the poor farmers of India.

On the sixth day of his Deoria to Delhi Kisan Yatra, Congress vice president pulled out BSP supremo Mayawati and UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav not delivering to the expectations of people in the state.

He also took a dig at Modi by asking the audience to find the person who has been given Rs15 lakh which was promised by Modi during his election campaign in 2014.

He also attacked both RSS and BJP for dividing people along caste and religion lines in the country. Gandhi also criticized the BJP government at centre for failing to contain the price of essential commodities such as dal. He said farmers sell dal at Rs 40 and buy it at Rs200.
